Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Personal Assistant responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
  • Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel.
  • Sending Invoicing.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
