Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.

Requirements

  •      Excellent communication and organizational skills
  •       Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
     
  •        Strong computer skills.
     
  •        Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
     
  •        Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
     
  •        Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
     
  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
     
  •       Discretion and confidentiality.
