Sales and Operations Intern

As a Sales and Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our sales and operations team’s success.


1. Support the sales team in identifying potential leads, researching prospects, and assisting with lead generation activities.

2. Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing by sending quotes/invoices and fulfilment of customer orders.

4. Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

5. Provide administrative support, including maintaining sales and customer databases, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote our products or services.

7. Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

9. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events to enhance your professional development and understanding of our business operations.

10. Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the sales and operations managers.

11. Assisting in the recruitment process.


 -Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.

– Strong interest in sales, marketing, and/or operations functions within a business environment.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

– Proficiency in Office Suite.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

– Prior internship or work experience in sales, operations, or customer service is a plus.

– Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
